Firva: Strings of Fate

Game / Combat Designer

The game unfolds in a dark fantasy world with a long history and pivotal events. Various groups, tribes, and governments scattered throughout this world relentlessly pursue their goals and intentions, leading to tensions, wars, and numerous crimes that directly impact the fate of humanity.
The game's protagonist, Firva, a young and determined girl, strives to find her abducted mother and sister. Utilizing her abilities in combat and traversal, she not only seeks to locate them but also unravels hidden conspiracies and numerous schemes.

 

At DoneGames, I shaped the combat experience of Firva: Strings of Fate, from ideating agile and brutal combat game pillars to designing mechanics, boss and enemies with distinct behaviors. Working closely with animator, technical artist, and sound designer, I ensured every hit felt satisfying and every encounter memorable.

Prepare to face an all-new series of unpredictably perilous trials in the action-packed follow-up to Wizard of Legend, featuring vibrant new 3D visuals and fast-paced online co-op for up to 4 players. Wield familiar and new Arcana, experiment with devious spell combinations, and seek immortality as you return again and again (and again) to master ever-changing rogue-lite challenges of the Chalice.

PROJECT D.E.A.R: THE MERGE

Game/Narrative Designer and Writer

Project D.E.A.R: The Merge, is an Augmented Reality (AR) game that puts the player in the shoes of a person who lives through the 'End Times' right before the Apocalypse where two worlds are about to merge as one!

 

I was responsible for writing narrative elements of this game, such as Codices and character descriptions. As the game designer, I made the block mesh of levels in the Unity game engine. I was responsible for designing the combat system and boss design for the AR section of the game.

About Me

 

Designing fun, pioneer games accompanied by immersive stories motivates me, and I strive to become someone whose life's meaning is to create. Because of this mindset, I started learning game design, creative writing, programming, and many other hard and soft skills over the past six years. As I began to write my stories, I needed to read about character development to make three-dimensional characters. That was when I discovered I am an INFP, Hades-type guy. So, I needed to enhance my soft skills to become a better designer, have dedication, and naturally develop a tweaked process to translate my ideas into mediums I love. Besides my professional work, I have written a thriller fantasy screenplay and the first 20 thousand words of my novel. Additionally, I have made many creative indie video and board games during these years.
